Isothiazolinones

Isothiazolinones belong to the most important biocides of the past decades. Although they all belong to one chemical class the single representatives of this group show a different behavior regarding their efficacy spectrum and their reactivity. Antifouling

Outside the EU we offer Cybutryne (2-(tert-Butylamino)-4-( cyclopropylamino)-6-(methylthio)-s-triazine) as an antifouling agent for vessel coatings. Inhibiting the photosynthesis it is an excellent algaecide, acting highly specific and highly efficient.
